POSITION SUMMARY: 

The District Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, and providing assistance at the district office. This role includes recording attendance in the student information system as parents report student absences for PACE students.  Additionally, the position involves managing the PACE bookstore, which includes handling and recording fees, maintaining accurate records, and performing other related tasks.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.
