The Paraeducatior I is responsible for promoting a positive and successful learning experience for students to increase student retention, academic successand support post-secondary goals. Also, will support new student and freshman orientation programs aimed at motivating and engaging new students. Assisting students with goal setting and providing continuous communication and follow-up to maximize goal attainment.
