The Inspiring Excellence Coach is responsible for promoting a positive and successful learning experience for students to increase student retention, academic success, and support post-secondary goals. Also, will support new student and freshman orientation programs aimed at motivating and engaging new students. Assisting students with goal setting and providing continuous communication and follow-up to maximize goal attainment.

As a part of a multi-tiered system of supports, the Academic Excellence Assistant is responsible for promoting a positive and successful learning experience for students to increase student retention, academic success, and support post-secondary/career goals. Assisting students with goal setting and providing academic support, continuous communication and follow-up to maximize goal attainment.
